Due to the number of firms listed on the MTA Bidders List – a computerized record of vendors who supply goods and services to the MTA – it is often not feasible to solicit all vendors on a list for every procurement. Being on a bidders list is no guarantee that a vendor will be solicited.

Allows you to search for public Procurement Events across all MTA agencies. Portal registration is highly encouraged. - The New York State Contract Reporter.
- New York-area newspapers for advertisements
